MAINTENANCE KNOWLEDGE
A watch is a precision timing instrument. When not in use, it is recommended to clean the appearance of the watch with a lint cloth and store it in the watch box. It is recommended to avoid using chemicals such as camphor balls and insect repellents. When a mechanical watch is not worn for a long time, it should be manually wound every time to ensure the normal operation of the movement. The timing function of a multi-functional sports watch should be used when necessary and should not be used as a daily timing function, otherwise it will shorten the lifespan of the battery.
Watches should be protected against magnetism and should not be placed together with appliances such as televisions, speakers, mobile phones, amplifiers, microwaves, and automatic mahjong tables.
When wearing a belt watch, pay attention to that the watch strap should be wiped dry with an absorbent clean soft cloth in time after being stained with water. If it contacts with water for a long time, it can not be worn temporarily. If the watch strap is stained, it can be gently wiped with a Eraser.
Watches may experience phenomena such as the solidification and volatilization of lubricating oil, natural aging of waterproof components, and normal wear and tear of metal gears during normal use. In order to ensure accurate operation of your watch, we recommend visiting a repair point for maintenance every 2 years or so.
For regular watches, it is recommended to replace the battery every 2 years or so. If the battery runs out of power midway, it should be promptly replaced at a repair station to prevent the battery alkaline solution from leaking and damaging the movement.
Watch should be protected from strong impact or contact with acid, alkali, salt and other Corrosive substance.
The high-end watches produced by our company are made of high hardness materials such as tungsten carbide, zirconium oxide (cermet), and sapphire, which have a long-lasting and eye-catching luster. However, in daily life, grinding stones, emery paper, concrete walls, glass, and other materials may contain components of corundum, oxide metal, and sapphire with similar or higher hardness. Scratching with these substances can damage the watch.
K gold watches are prone to scratches due to friction and collision. When not in use, use a soft cloth to remove finger marks and stains on the surface. Store them independently and avoid contact with chemicals such as bleach and hand sanitizer when wearing them on a daily basis.
